As we had just bought our house the year before, at the time in 2020 our roof was in good condition by our own experience as well as the inspection report.
It soon became clear that working with Sunternal would be a bumpy ride. They started work only many months later than agreed on. When they finally did show up instead of the agreed on panel upgrade from 125 AMP to 200 AMP they installed a 125 AMP solar ready panel. We contacted Sunternal and asked to correct that which took another nine months. Eventually they claimed to be done with everything.
